We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.
Returns window
You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for return also use the label information to return the item
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We'll arrange a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please get in touch and we'll look into it with our shipping partner. If it can't be located, you'll be offered a full refund.
Order marked as delivered but not received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbours and your local delivery depot, as couriers sometimes leave items in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
How refunds are processed
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and earrings may not be eligible for return once worn or removed from hygiene packaging, unless faulty.
